I have lived at Mountainview Villas for over 2 years and can’t be happier. I love how close the apartments are to everything I need, Target, Costo, Trader Joe's!! They are all within a 10 minute walk from my apartment door. Mountainview Villas has a pool and hot tub that my kids love to use, and I enjoy the weight room and running trail adjacent to the apartments! The staff at Mountainview Villas has always been professional and courteous whenever I needed something fixed or replace in my apartment and quick to respond to any needs I had. I love the full size indoor washer and dryer and the built-in gas burning fireplace!! I honestly can say I have not been happier at any apartment I have ever rented and am very pleased to say I live at Mountainview Villas!!
I have been a resident at Mountainview Villas for the past 2 years and I could not imagine renting an apartment anywhere else. The leasing office really understands the needs of their tenants and has never hesitated to help resolve any possible issue. The accommodations are beautiful and I have been nothing but impressed during my stay.
I have been a resident at Mountainview Villas for 3 years. My family and I couldn’t ask for a better place to live in. The complex is always kept in magnificent condition and well maintained. The pool is perfect for summertime, and the hot tub is convenient during winter. We all love it here!
